Notice is hereby given that the term of service for the 17 volunteer Council Members for the session 2007/2009 is expiring, and new Council Members for the session 2009/2011 will be elected at the Annual General Meeting tentatively scheduled in the afternoon of 7^th November 2009 (Saturday) at City University of Hong Kong.

 

The Council Members are expected to be able to attend regular monthly Council Meetings, to lead and promote ISMHK activities.

 

Nominations are now invited from all Regular Members of ISMHK. Duly completed Nomination Form together with a brief of the candidate shall be returned to ISMHK:

Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong.

 

One nomination form is for one candidate only. All nominations must be received at ISMHK office by noon on 5^th October 2009 (Wednesday).
